Payment & Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery within Germany
- Shipping costs plus VAT
- We charge a flat shipping fee of €5 per order (up to 4 kg)
- For orders over €200.00 we offer free shipping
Delivery within EU countries
- Shipping costs plus VAT (19%)
- We charge a flat shipping fee of 18 € per order with Standard DHL (4-7 days)
- We charge a flat shipping fee of 50 € per order
Delivery worldwide
- We charge a flat shipping fee of 150 € per order with UPS Express (3-5 days)
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery within Germany will take place within 3–5 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after receipt of payment).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

- We reserve the right, in individual cases, to only carry out delivery against advance payment by bank transfer.
- If paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
